We come and look at it
A free estimate starts with somebody on the roof, not a number over the phone. Sometimes the answer is a flashing detail that costs a fraction of a new roof. We will tell you which one you have before you spend anything.
The old roof comes off
Tear-off, down to the deck, so nothing gets built on top of a problem. The rubbish goes in the trailer the same day, not next week.
We find out what it was hiding
This is the part nobody sees and the part that decides how long the new roof lasts. Soft or rotten decking gets replaced before anything goes over it.
Dry-in
Ice and water shield at the eaves and in the valleys, synthetic underlayment across the field. At this point the house is weather-tight.
Shingles, flashing, ventilation
Walls, chimneys, skylights and vents get new flashing, because that is where roofs actually leak. Intake and exhaust get balanced, or the attic cooks the roof from underneath.
